Patients
Our professional staff will assist you in scheduling appointments. If your insurance is an HMO, please check with your primary care provider to be sure that the proper referral has been authorized. Please remember to bring your most current insurance card and a list of all your current medications with you on the day of your visit.
New patients are always welcome!
We strive to accommodate patients (established and new to our office) who need urgent care. If you should need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we would greatly appreciate at least 24 hours' notice so that we may offer this time to other patients who may need care.
If there should be a medical emergency after hours, please call the office (207-396-7300), stating the exact nature of the problem, and the doctor will return your call as soon as possible.
We gladly bill most services to your insurance company. All we ask is that patients pay their copays at the time of the visit. We accept cash/ check, MasterCard, and VISA.
We participate with Medicare, Anthem BC/BS, Cigna, Aetna, MedNet, Martin's Point, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, TriCare, and most other private HMO and PPO plans.
